10" x 10" Original Watercolor Town (or Village or Neighborhood or Campus) Blocks Map, Custom Commission.With each block painted by hand, an original watercolor of Your Town's unique Plan is just stunning on the wall of your office, business or home, or a wonderful wedding, graduation or anniversary gift to be treasured. Also great for friends - or yourself - moving away from a beloved town, or a gift from a realtor to special clients moving in!

It's fascinating to roam with your eye over the town plan, abstracted into a figure/ground, or block, plan. I love the way all the different grids or the sinuous streets reconcile themselves to each other and to the landscape's rivers, lakes and coastlines. Each large or tiny block, watercolored by hand. I will contact you soon after your purchase of this commission.

With this commission, you are also entitled to purchase up to ten prints of your piece at half cost! Give prints as gifts to friends and family. Keep a print for yourself if the original is a gift. Win-win.Your Watercolor Map is created just for you.

Please send me the name of the city and a clear idea of the area you'd like to represent - specific neighborhood(s) or sites. Generally, a 1 - 2 mile radius from center is a reasonable size for this type of map. Also, is there a special spot around which the map should center? Tell me in the FORM provided at checkout. Once we determine the boundaries of the map with your approval, I will draw the blocks by hand. Using this drawing as an underlay, I will watercolor the blocks on thick watercolor paper to create Your Original Watercolor City Map. Thank you for your patience. We will be in touch!
