The Map area centers on Downtown, Washington Park, Lincoln Park and the State Capitol on the west side of the Hudson River, extending west toward the edge of University at Albany. Renssalear and the surrounding neighborhood are also included, on the east side of the river.
This is a POSTCARD of my my hand-drawn map of Albany laid over my "Urban Fabric" painting, "RIVER" - a layering of many hand-painted and drawn marks in watercolor, handmade pigment and graphite. Moody blue-greens with graphite and my handmade ochre pigment.
Great as stationery for wedding or a realtor or anyone else who's stoked about this PLACE.
